Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost.
Failure to show for an appointment or a "No-Show" may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellation and no-show fees are charged to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
We understand that emergencies arise and we will do our best to accommodate such situations with understanding and flexibility.
